Long Live The Pumpkin Queen by Shea Ernshaw YA, fiction I had seen this book before somewhere, but I was very excited when I unwrapped this gift for Christmas! If I haven’t mentioned before, The Nightmare Before Christmas created by Tim Burton, is probably one of my favorite movies of all time, so you can assume that I was interested to see the epilogue from Sally’s perspective. This book was definitely lower than my reading level with its size fourteen font and respective main ideas, but it still pulled me in like the original story line. the details of Halloween Town and the dark, twisted woods built around these main characters were beautifully but darkly described. When it came to romance, it was absolutely adorable! Jack and Sally Skellington are just the cutest and I am glad that even just their little bit of romance gets to exist in this creepy world of Tim Burton and Shea Ernshaw.
